Request deletion of your SourcePost data, or check the status of an existing request.
How to delete your data
Step 1 — Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your data is directly in SourcePost. Sign in and go to account settings to disconnect social accounts, delete individual posts, or close your account. Account closure triggers full deletion of your data within 30 days.
Step 2 — Email us
If you have already disconnected your account and want your residual data purged, email privacy@sourcepost.ai. Include the email address your account was registered under so we can identify you. We respond within 30 days.
Step 3 — Via Meta (Instagram, Facebook)
If you connected SourcePost to an Instagram or Facebook account, you can trigger data deletion from within your Meta account settings (Settings → Apps and Websites). Meta will send a deletion request to our callback URL automatically. You will receive a confirmation code from Meta — paste it into the form below to check the status of that request.
Timeline
We process all deletion requests within 30 days. Short retention periods may apply for legal or accounting obligations (for example, invoices and tax records).
