Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a SourcePost account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Podium Venture Studio Limited (trading as “Podium VS”), referred to in these terms as “SourcePost”, “we”, or “us”.

2. Description of service

SourcePost is an AI-powered content platform. We research topics, generate drafts, verify sources, and publish content to connected social accounts on your behalf. The service integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Perplexity) and social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Meta). Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3. Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SourcePost. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@sourcepost.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

SourcePost offers paid subscription plans with monthly and annual options. See our pricing section for current plans and prices.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

5. Acceptable use

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in SourcePost. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — running AI generation, publishing to social accounts you have connected, and storing the content for your access.

Your warranties

You warrant that the content you upload or instruct us to generate does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity) and does not contain unlawful material.

Prohibited uses

You may not use SourcePost to:

• Generate or publish spam, malware, or phishing content
• Harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity
• Publish content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Publish content that violates the terms of a connected social platform
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from SourcePost
• Resell or sublicense the service without written authorisation
• Circumvent any billing, usage, or rate limits

6. AI-generated content

SourcePost generates content using third-party AI models. By using the service you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it. We recommend verifying facts, sources, and tone.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output for any specific purpose.
• Once you approve and publish AI-generated content, you retain ownership subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (for example, Anthropic's usage policies).
• AI models can produce incorrect or misleading information. SourcePost's citation verification reduces this risk but does not eliminate it.

7. Third-party social platforms

SourcePost publishes to LinkedIn, X, and Instagram (Meta) on your behalf using OAuth permissions you grant. By connecting these accounts:

• You must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
• You are responsible for the content published to your accounts, including content generated by SourcePost that you have approved.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by social platforms, including account suspensions, content removal, reach limitations, or policy changes.
• You can disconnect any social account at any time from your account settings.

8. Intellectual property

Our property

The SourcePost platform, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Podium Venture Studio Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership or right in our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service.

Your property

You own the content you create. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. On cancellation your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms, fail to pay for your subscription, or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. We will give notice and an opportunity to cure where practical.

10. Disclaimers

SourcePost is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This section does not exclude any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium Venture Studio Limited's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Podium Venture Studio Limited harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where appropriate.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of SourcePost after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
